2. What Data We Collect

When you sign up for the ScoringDesk waitlist, we collect your email address. That's it. We do not collect your name, location, IP address, or any other personal data.

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics services, or any third-party scripts. All fonts are self-hosted.

3. Purpose

Your email address is collected solely to notify you when ScoringDesk launches. You will receive at most two emails: one to confirm your registration (double opt-in) and one when the platform goes live.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you check the consent box and confirm your email address via the double opt-in link.

5. Data Storage

Your email is stored on servers operated by Lupinity Labs within the European Union. It is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for any purpose other than the launch notification described above.

6. Data Retention

Your email address is stored until the launch notification has been sent. After that, unconfirmed entries are deleted. Confirmed entries are migrated to the platform's user database only if you choose to create an account. Otherwise, they are deleted.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your stored data
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

8. External Connections
